COVID-19
COVID-19 Statement

As Covid-19 continues to affect everyday life in Ontario, our firm remains open for business. In order to combat the spread of this virus, we are working remotely. We are temporarily not meeting with clients in person but our lawyers are working offsite; we are using telephone and other electronic means to work with our clients and to conduct initial consultations. Even though the courts are closed to all but urgent matters, we continue to do everything we can do to advance cases and obtain the best results that we can for our clients.

If you are in need of assistance, we are here to help. Please contact us.

Tristan Nguyen is an associate at Radley Family Law. He is passionate about family law and is motivated to resolve disputes effectively and compassionately.

Tristan obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from York University in 2017 and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of British Columbia’s Faculty of Law in 2020. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2021 after articling with a boutique civil litigation firm in Toronto.

While studying at the University of British Columbia, Tristan completed an internship at a full-service law firm, and was a caseworker for two community legal clinics. He assisted as a student caseworker at a family law clinic in Vancouver, where he provided legal services to clients who were experiencing financial barriers to accessing legal representation.

When not practicing law, Tristan enjoys attending local film festivals, travelling, cooking, and hiking.
