Asal graduated from City Law School at City, University of London in London, England. Following that, Asal obtained a Global Professional Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from the University of Toronto. Prior to law school, Asal earned an honours Bachelor of Science (B.Sc. Hons) degree specializing in Psychology from the University of Toronto. As such, Asal is equipped with a vigorous academic and international background, which has enriched her with a wide range of perspectives on life’s issues.
Asal completed her articles in a boutique law firm where she gained considerable experience in drafting complex contracts and agreements. Since being called to the bar Asal has exclusively practiced in the area of family law and has successfully litigated on behalf of her clients at the Superior Court of Justice as well as the Ontario Court of Justice.
Asal is a strong advocate for her clients and her practice is compassionate and resolution focused.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her dog, watching movies, travelling, and trying out new restaurants. Asal is fluent in Farsi and English.
